We strongly encourage weekly conference calls with the hiring executive, human resources and the Breckenridge Partners team to ensure that all are comfortable with the progress and that we remain on track with the client's expectations. In addition, our clients receive a monthly status report which includes information regarding the types of companies and individuals targeted, response from the marketplace, challenges surfaced and any other pertinent feedback.
Individuals interviewed by Breckenridge Partners and deemed to be qualified candidates are presented via a confidential Executive Report which summarizes the candidates' experiences compared to that requested by the client, candidate strengths, challenges, reasons for past moves, reason for interest in the current opportunity and a personal summary. This is followed by an in depth discussion reviewing each candidate in detail prior to scheduling initial client interviews. Our goal is to maximize our clients' time by minimizing unnecessary interviews.
All reference and background checks on the desired candidate are performed and presented to the client at the time of the offer. At the client's discretion, Breckenridge Partners will also provide a legal, criminal and financial check of a candidate's history.
