We also understand that the candidates' time is just as valuable as the client's, and we try to arrange travel and interviews in the least disruptive way for all. At Breckenridge Partners, we understand that we are "selling" an opportunity to the best, most qualified individuals, and that the candidates must feel valued and respected throughout the process.
Upon conclusion of the search, Breckenridge Partners feels it is imperative that those not selected be informed of such. As we have required personal time commitments and travel from those individuals during the search process, it is incumbent upon us to advise them of the outcome.
