With Breckenridge Partners, the search commences with the initial client meeting attended by the Account Executive and the Sourcing Consultant. During this meeting, the Breckenridge Partners team probes deeply for all information with regard to the position, type of individual and personal attributes sought and all other relevant facts needed. We request all appropriate marketing materials, biographies of key executives, key financial data, and other such materials. This is used to enhance our understanding of the position and its place within the organization so as to present the opportunity in the most favorable manner.

At minimum, our clients receive a written status report monthly. Included is information regarding the types of companies and individuals targeted, response from the marketplace, challenges surfaced and any other pertinent feedback. In addition, we strongly encourage weekly conference calls with the hiring executive, human resources and the Breckenridge Partners team to make sure all are comfortable with the progress, and that we remain on track with the client’s expectations.

Candidates are presented via a confidential Executive Report followed by an in depth discussion reviewing each candidate presented before scheduling initial interviews at the client site. Our goal is to maximize our clients’ time by minimizing unnecessary interviews.

All reference and background checks are presented to the client prior to acceptance of an offer. At the client’s discretion, we will also provide a legal, criminal and financial check of a candidate’s history.
