With Breckenridge Partners, our clients have a team of only two consulting professionals working on any assignment

Account Executive, Primary client contact

Provides leadership and quality assurance to the entire search process-Responsible for all interviewing, candidate presentations, candidate negotiations and client reporting

Sourcing Consultant, Secondary client contact

Responsible for all research, developing of target candidate pool, initial contact and screening of potential candidates and maintenance of candidate evaluation reports

Both individuals are involved in client meetings and conference calls, and our client is provided all telephone numbers, including home numbers, and e-mail addresses for both consultants. We welcome and encourage frequent communications between all parties involved.
